Annaliza is a licensed California real estate professional since 2006 and has served as Broker of Record since June 28, 2016. Her approach is compliance-first, documentation-driven, and focused on clear communication from start to finish. 

During the real estate market turmoil, Annaliza separated from Royal Pacific and opened PMAC Marketing Solution, supporting homeowners facing financial challenges through education, preparation, and compliance-focused guidance.

By mid-2009, she expanded into assisting real estate investors and professionals by coordinating private money lending for fix-and-flip properties, working alongside Realtors and mortgage brokers as an account executive.

In June 2016, Annaliza obtained her California Real Estate Broker license and continues today representing buyers and sellers with a strong emphasis on:
